Dr. Keller earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics and biology from the University of Oregon in 1987 and graduated Cum Laude from Oregon Health Science University School of Medicine in 1989. She completed her family practice residency at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah, in 1992. She has been a practicing family physician in Coquille ever since graduating from her residency in July 1992. Her practice is a full spectrum family practice that includes delivering babies and has an emphasis on teen girls and women’s health.
She is chess coach for the Coquille Chess Club whose elementary, middle school and high school teams have won many trophies at state and national events. She plays the clarinet in the Bay Area Community Band who put on local performances. She is a major supporter for the new Coquille Art and Education Enhancement Center. She also oil paints, with a year 2010 “chess in nature” calendar recently published and has paintings at the Coquille Art Gallery. She enjoys river rafting, RV camping, playing guitar, reading science fiction and attending Science Fiction conventions.
