Samir Ale was born and raised in Kathmandu, Nepal. He received his MD from Kathmandu University School of Medical Sciences. Dr Ale came to the United States and completed his residency in Family Medicine at the Morehouse School of Medicine, in Atlanta, Georgia. He served as the Chief Resident in his final year of residency and was nominated the Resident of the Year in 2014.
He is married. He enjoys playing the guitar, listening to music, traveling, low light photography, and soccer.
